Simulating and creating CNC programs

Simulating CNC programs:

You can use the "Preview" button to simulate the CNC program... After clicking the button you may be asked for the desired cutting depth before the simulation preview appears: At the top of the dialog box cutting length and estimated machining time is displayed... You can use the arrow buttons to rotate the view... You can also rotate the view by dragging the mouse with pressed left button, zoom with the mouse wheel and pan with pressed right button... (Tip: the simulation sometimes appears to be upside down - however this is just an optical illusion...) You can start the simulation by pressing the "play" button. To change speed use the buttons to the left and right... Clicking "OK" closes the simulation...

Creating CNC Programs:

To create your CNC program select menu "File" -> "Save CNC program"... You may be asked about the desired cutting depth and finally the simulation will appear again...

Starting machining directly:

If you use Estlcams integrated controller you can also directly load the cnc program into the controller by selecting menu "File" - "Machine project now"... If you use a different controller this menu item will be disabled...
